An Artist and Her Mission of Jell-O

Watch it wiggle. Watch it jiggle. Watch artist Liz Hickok recreate San Francisco's Mission District with Jell-O.

Hickok walked around the Mission snapping photos of churches, and other well known structures which she then used to make tiny models and molds for the bouncy dessert.

As the Jell-O city ages, it gathers mold and falls apart. She says the art is more than just a tasty snack, but shows how a real city ages and decays as well.

This video from Current TV documents Liz's tasty process.
