At least one person is dead following a traffic collision on southbound U.S. Highway 101 late Wednesday night in unincorporated Sonoma County, according to the California Highway Patrol said.
The crash was reported at about 11 p.m. on the freeway just south of River Road and just north the Santa Rosa city limit.
The roadway is clear and traffic is currently not effected.
