On Social Media, Ayesha Curry Focused on Family, Smores and Water Balloon Fights

As the nation's eyes are on her husband, Steph Curry, and whether this year's MVP will help his Golden State Warriors win an NBA title for the first time since 1975, his wife isn't really thinking much about basketball at all.

Or, at least she's not documenting it on Instagram.

Since June 1, Ayesha Curry's photo feed has been free of any blue and gold. She's talked nothing of hoops, courts or beating the Cleveland Cavaliers, whom the Warriors are playing Tuesday night in Game 3 of the NBA Finals.

The actress, blogger and YouTube cooking show host has taken photos of a homemade brightening mask, organic carrots, and the couple's adorable 2-year-old Riley Curry riding a pony with a pink bicycle helmet bouncing on her head.

She also posted a family selfie, marking the fact that in just about six weeks, the Curry family will have a new addition. (And no, she's not spilling the beans on either a gender or name.)

Curry, who politely declined an interview with NBC Bay Area, wrote an op-ed piece for Time.com, describing how all the "hoopla and excitement" of her husband's career has really put the Orinda family's life in perspective.

"If anything," she wrote, " the attention has brought us closer together and made us realize that through all of this, we end to remain balanced and relaxed, especially in our home with our daughter."

And this weekend was no exception. A day before Game 2 of the NBA Finals, in which the Warriors lost to the Cavaliers in a tight game 95-93 at the Oracle Arena, the extended Curry clan were outside roasting marshmallows.

On Sunday, Ayesha posted a photo and message about a Saturday night water balloon fight capped with smores.

"Epic day with some of our family and friends," she wrote. "I loved today so much."
