BART to Begin Weekend Shutdowns Between San Francisco, Daly City Stations

BART is set to start multiple weekend closures between the Daly City and Glen Park stations starting Saturday.

The weekend closures are needed to make track repairs, including work to reduce noise from trains, officials said. Other work scheduled to take place during the closures include improvements to the Balboa Park station, which will be closed, and tree trimming along the trackway.
