The Bay Area may be home to one of the largest populations of Internet-connected devices in the country but its tech-savvy residents are not big on porn.
Men's Health magazine has put out a list of the top 100 smuttiest cities in the United States and while the Bay Area has three entries, all of them are low on the list.
The magazine crowned Orlando has the porn capital of the country based on the number of adult DVDs purchased, rented, or streamed; the amount of adult entertainment stores per city; the rate of porn searches; and the percentage of Cinemax-subscribing households.
San Francisco was the highest Bay Area entry on the list at No. 23, Oakland came in at No. 79 and San Jose was listed at No. 61.
Some of the Bay Area's neighbors fared far worse -- or better depending on your feelings about porn.
Sacramento showed up at No. 19 on the list, while San Diego came in at a not so conservative No. 17.
