The Blue Man Group may appear in San Francisco court.
Stan Michelman, a Novato man, is suing the performance troupe after the blue-painted musical performers sent a blue bouncing ball his way -- which struck him, and caused injuries and pain, according to the Marin Independent Journal.
The suit was filed in Marin County, but proceedings will transpire in San Francisco, the location of the alleged encounter.
According to the lawsuit, Michelman suffered "shock and injury to his nervous system" and "great mental, physical, and nervous pain and suffering."
