A body was found by a park in Milpitas on Saturday night and detectives were still there Sunday investigating the area, a Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office spokesman said.
The Milpitas Police Department notified the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office about the body that was found by Ed Levin County Park when they determined it was in their jurisdiction.
The identification of the body, which was found around 7:40 p.m., has not been determined, Sgt. Rick Sung said.
