The UC Berkeley football player who died at a team workout earlier this month will be honored in a ceremony Monday night.
A candlelight vigil was held for 21-year-old Ted Agu a few days after his death.
Agu was a public health major from Bakersfield who planned on going to medical school.
Monday's memorial service is set for 6:30 p.m. at the Hass Pavilion.
