CoCo Sheriff: Prius with Uber Sticker and Driver Missing in San Pablo

Contra Costa Sheriff's deputies are looking for a grey Prius that sheriff's officials say has an Uber sticker in the windshield in connection with a possible carjacking.

Sheriff's spokesman Jimmy Lee said investigators believe the car's driver could be a victim in the incident, which happened in San Pablo's Rollingwood neighborhood.

Lee also said investigators are working with Uber on "several levels."

According to the Contra Costa Sheriff's Department's Facebook page, the suspect is described as bald, 200 pounds and 6-feet tall. The Prius in question is a newer model, doesn't have a license plate and the driver-side door doesn't close properly.

Uber refered all questions to the sheriff's department.

Deputies are asking the public to call 911 or sheriff's dispatch at 925-646-2441 with any information.
