    Thieves made off with $15,000 worth of computers from two Peninsula stores over the weekend, one in Menlo Park and the other in Burlingame, according to Menlo Park police.

    The Tech Loop store on Santa Cruz Avenue in Menlo Park was broken into around 3:50 a.m. Sunday, and the thieves stole 25 computers from that location, police said.

    The Tech Loop store on Burlingame Avenue in Burlingame was hit Saturday, according to that city's police department, but there were no details on how much the thieves stole from that shop.

    Menlo Park police were investigating both burglaries.
