DUI Checkpoint Planned Tonight

If you're planning on getting knock-down, black-out wasted or just a little buzz, to celebrate St. Patrick's day, you should plan on having a designated driver or take a cab, because the state will be out looking for you tonight.

The Examiner is letting us all know that the CHiPs will be conducting a sobriety and driver's license checkpoint in San Francisco this evening between 6:30 p.m and 11:30 p.m.

The location is, as of now, undisclosed, so be responsible when celebrating.

Motorists caught driving under the influence can be expected to be arrested and driver's without a valid driver's license will receive a citation and likely have their vehicle impounded.
