The San Ramon Police Department reported just after 10 p.m. Sunday that they had a car at gunpoint following a highway pursuit.
By 10:20 p.m., officers were able to take the driver into custody.
The pursuit was a "short, slow-speed" chase on southbound I-680 near Dublin. Officers attempted to halt traffic while trying to detain the suspect.
No further information was immediately available.
