Fighters Are Occupied With Police

Cops in San Jose rounded up wrongdoers at the Occupy San Jose encampment on early Sunday morning -- but not for protesting.

Two men were taken into custody for allegedly assualting members of the Occupy San Jose movement, and a third was arrested for allegedly striking a police officer, according to the San Jose Mercury News.

Anthony Armenta and Samuel Sanchez, both 27 and of San Jose, were busted for fighting with Occupy Members. Sanchez was arrested for hitting a 41-year old San Jose woman as she attempted to intervene in the original fracas.

Manuel Alvarado, 27, of San Jose, allegedly struck a cop, according to reports.

Two other brawlers fled the scene before police arrived, according to reports.
