Flash bangs were being set off near a gas station in Rohnert Park during a police standoff Saturday afternoon, police at the scene tell NBC Bay Area.
Sonoma County Sheriff's Office sent out an alert that flash bangs were used near the Vallero gas station on Commerce Boulevard near Rohnert Park Expressway.
"There is no need to be alarmed. No action is needed by the public," the Sheriff's Office said.
No other information was immediately available.
