The best three places in the nation to sell a home are right here in the Bay Area.
The Movoto real estate blog analyzed the 100 most-populated cities in the United States. It found the best place to be a home-seller is Fremont, where the median listing price is $640,000. According to Movoto, this East Bay town is home to the highest-earning home buyers on their list.
San Francisco and San Jose rounded out the top three.
Two other California cities also made the list – San Diego at No. 8 and Chula Vista at No. 7.
