Redwood City police arrested a 17-year-old girl for driving under the influence after she allegedly slammed the car into a wall, injuring four others early Sunday morning.

Around 1:40 a.m., police received a call of a single-vehicle collision at Jefferson Avenue and Ruby Street. When officers arrived, they found a car crashed into a retaining wall, which was determined to have eight young passengers inside.

The four injured passengers included an 18-year-old man, two 17-year-old girls and one 17-year-old boy who were all treated at the scene.
