The San Francisco Fire Department has responded to a grass fire near Candlestick Park that was threatening cars parked near the stadium for the 49ers game. It was extiniushed after about two hours.
The fire was located near a parking lot at Arelious Walker Drive and Carroll Ave.
Three engines, two pumpers and a truck were on the scene.
