A Sonoma County inmate walked away from a work detail Thursday at the low-security North County Detention Facility, sheriff's officials said.
Enrique Rodriguez Faurrieta, 39, was serving a sentence stemming from a drug-related charge and was only expected to spend 15 more days behind bars. Faurrieta now has sheriff’s deputies searching for him as an escapee.
