Jealous Ex Burns Man for Alleged New Flame

Man finds himself in hot water -- literally -- for allegedly cheating on his ex.

Wives will do crazy things when they think their man is cheating.

Over the weekend a Daly City woman took revenge into her own hands when she thought her husband was cheating on her, according to police department records.

Jesusa Ursonal Tadad, 39, allegedly waited for her ex-husband, who she was still living with, to fall asleep before she decided to let him know how she felt about his alleged cheating ways.

Police reports say that Tadad poured an entire pot of boiling water on her ex-flame because she believed he was cheating on her.

The unnamed man awoke in immense pain and rain towards the bathroom to try and deal with his injuries, according to police reports.

Police said Tadad was waiting for him there and hit him upside the head with a baseball bat. The man managed to escape the home, where a nearby security guard saw him and called 911.

Tadad was arrested in the home and the man was transported to the intensive care unit at San Francisco General Hospital where he is being treated for second and third degree burns over 60 percent of his body.

Bail was set at $600,000 for Tadad and the kicker of the story: Her ex-husband is unable to confirm or deny the allegations because he can't speak from his injuries.
