Kobe: LeBron Should be Obsessing About How to Beat Warriors

Kobe Bryant and LeBron James squared off for the final time on Thursday. And while the Cavs handed the Lakers a 120-108 loss, the focus in the finale between two future Hall of Famers fell on Golden state.

Bryant, who is retiring at the end of the season, was asked what James should be focusing on while still in his prime.

"If I were him, I'd be obsessing over dealing with the boys up in Golden State," Bryant said, according to Cleveland.com. "From a leadership perspective, how you construct a team and the personality of a team, you have to make sure you're ready to do battle for that if you're fortunate enough to get there. ... Golden State is fortunate enough to get there."

The Warriors are leaving a wake of records in their pursuit of the 1995-96 Bulls' 72-win season.

"You have to figure that out," Bryant said. "You can't leave it to chance, you have to study. Hopefully his mind is focused on that. It's not focused on where he is in his career and how far he is. You have to focus on the problem."

The Warriors have beaten the Cavs five straight times, including the final three games in the 2015 NBA Finals.
