A Las Vegas rapper was arrested on suspicion of smashing a beer glass over a man's head at a San Rafael bar.
Bryan Mahoney, 40, who goes by the rap handle "Big B" was booked into Marin County Jail early Friday on $50,000 bail. He'd been out at the bar at 1615 Fourth Street in San Rafael when a 23-year old man allegedly said something to Mahoney's girlfriend which upset him, the Marin Independent Journal reported.
The 320-pound man "bashed the beer glass over the man's head," according to police, who caught him while "trying to hide behind a car outside the lounge."
Mahoney tweeted "I LOVE BEER!!" from his @vegashooligan account at about 10 p.m. Thursday to announce his presence at the lounge in Marin.
He has released albums entitled "High Class White Trash" and "More to Hate," according to report.
