Lottery Ticket Worth $225,000 Remains Unclaimed

Someone is holding a piece of orange paper worth a lot of money.

California lottery officials are looking for a $225,000 winner who has not stepped forward a full month after purchasing a winning ticket.

The winner bought the ticket at the San Bruno Shell gas station on El Camino Real for the February 22 drawing. It matched five of the six numbers (only missing the MEGA number) and for that whoever has it can get a nice paycheck.

If that sounds like you, here are the numbers you should be looking for on your lottery ticket: 15, 22, 23, 48 and 55.

No one matched all six number that February night or any night since. Rollover after rollover have pushed the MEGA Millions into mega-territory.  Tuesday's drawing is estimated to be $244 million. The all time record is $390 million.
