A preliminary magnitude-3.7 earthquake rattled Northern California on Sunday, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
The quake hit about 45 miles east of Fortuna in Humboldt County, the USGS indicated. It struck at a depth of about 29 kilometers, or 18 miles.
