Officers received a call reporting a stabbing at 8:47 a.m. in the 500 block of Line Street.

The man was found unresponsive inside his home, according to police, and he was taken to NorthBay Medical Center.

Police said the man, identified as 48-year-old Alfonso Rodarte, didn't survive.
