A man shot himself to death in a Milpitas gun shop on Tuesday night, according to police.
The man, who has not been identified, shot himself at 9:30 p.m. at Target Masters West, a gun shop on Minnis Circle next door to a police station, according to the San Jose Mercury News.
The shop is next to police headquarters in Milpitas, the newspaper reported.
Nobody else was injured in the shooting, according to police, who confirmed the death of an adult male "from a self-inflicted gunshot wound."
