Man Who Crashed Into Aircraft Identified

U Zaw Aung of Daly City died when he crashed his truck into a parked aircraft

A worker killed in a crash between a truck and parked aircraft at San Francisco International Airport on Saturday has been identified as U Zaw Aung, 60, of Daly City, according to the San Mateo County coroner's office.

Aung was driving a service truck when he crashed into a parked private aircraft on the north side of the airport at about 5:30 a.m., airport spokesman Mike McCarron said.

Aung was pronounced dead at the scene.

The cause of the crash remained under investigation.
