Manhunt Nets Home Invasion Suspects in Milpitas

SWAT team called out for four alleged home invaders

After two men with guns stormed a Milpitas residence, a manhunt revealed the suspects: a pair of women, including a 17-year old girl, who eventually led police to the robbers in Stockton, according to the Milpitas Post.

The arrests of four suspects were announced Wednesday for the Aug. 17 robbery of a man and women, both 67. They told cops they'd been robbed after robbers tied them up between 1 a.m. and 2 a.m.

Shortly after the robbery, a Milpitas police officer stopped a vehicle nearby -- leading two men to flee from the car, the newspaper reported.

The men were searched for via a "manhunt," the newspaper reported. A SWAT team was called in from Fremont, and cops closed down a street.

The two women in the car, a 21-year old from Bay Point and a 17-year old from Stockton, were "concluded" to be part of the robbery by detectives and arrested.

The women led detectives to 23-year old Brian Anthony Victor Fosselman, a transient, and Lejon Dominic Mabon, 26, of Stockton.

Fosselman was arrested in San Jose on Aug. 22, and Mabon was found in Stockton on Aug. 28, the newspaper reported. The suspects may be responsible for other crimes.
