Marshawn Lynch Bobblehead Asks for Top Dollar Online

Not Getting Enough Sleep? What’s Your Excuse?
A bobblehead commemorating a memorable moment in the history of Marshawn Lynch is selling on eBay for nearly $500 (Nov. 7, 2016).

A bobblehead handed out at Memorial Stadium in Berkeley ahead of Cal's home contest this past weekend ended up on eBay with an asking price approaching $500.

The unique sculpture, which was eventually sold for $149.99, recreates the memorable moment when Marshawn Lynch, an Oakland native and former running back for the Golden Bears, grabbed the wheel of an athletic training cart and took a joy ride around the turf following Cal's overtime victory over the University of Washington in 2006.

Roughly 10,000 fans received the bobblehead Saturday night, but they were treated to much more than just a physical memento.

Lynch, an animated character and punishing running back who is currently retired after racking up 10 seasons in the National Football League, burst out of the tunnel on an injury cart with his mother to twist and turn his way around the grass, all the while cracking a smile and busting some moves to the delight of the crowd.

For those fans dreaming of putting their hands on a cheaper option, the exact same bobbleheads are listed on the buying and selling website ranging in price from roughly $70 to $150 as of Monday morning, but those prices fluctuate often.
