More details about the costs and delays on the new eastern span of the Bay Bridge likely will be revealed Wednesday at a special meeting Caltrans will hold with the Toll Bridge Oversight Committee.
Caltrans on Monday announced it was postponing the Bay Bridge's Labor Day opening because of issues with steel bolts.
