The San Francisco Police department is asking the public for help in locating two men, one of whom is mentally challenged.

Perez Reyes, 57, has been missing since Thursday. His caregiver had left Reyes, who police say has the mental capacity of a 6-year-old, in the care of her boyfriend. Neither the boyfriend nor Reyes has been heard or seen since.

The pair were last seen on Steiner Street at roughly 2 p.m. Perez was wearing a gray fila hat, a tannish brown plaid shirt, blue jeans and black or gray Fila shoes. He is a Hispanic male who speaks limited English and is roughly 5'6 and 185 pounds.

Authorities have not released any identifying information on the boyfriend.

Reyes is a resident of Anchorage who was visiting San Francisco.

Police are asking anyone with information related to the case to call (415) 553-1071.
