Newark police are looking for a man who investigators say broke into a car, stole a purse, and then used the victim’s ATM card to withdraw cash twice in Fremont.
The withdrawals took place at an unnamed Fremont bank and at an ATM inside a 7-Eleven store.
Police didn’t specify where the auto burglary took place. It is believed the man was driving a dark green Toyota with gold emblems.
