No Bieber Daddy: Justin Bieber Denies Paternity Suit

And Paternity Suit Could Land Accuser in Jail For Child Sex

Justin Bieber is nobody's daddy -- and certainly not the father of a child borne by a mother who is suing the teen troubadour heartthrob in a paternity suit.

The Biebs had to deflect allegations Friday that he had a brief sexual encounter in a bathroom with a woman following a concert at Los Angeles's Staples Center last year, according to the San Jose Mercury News. The woman, Maria Yeater, who was 19 at the time, claims in a lawsuit that Bieber, then 16, is the father of the child to whom she gave birth in July because "there were no other possible men she had sex wtih at the time," according to reports.

Not so, Bieber told the "Today" show's Matt Lauer. "Never met the woman," he says.

Yeater is asking a judge for child support as well as a paternity test. Her first court hearing is scheduled for Dec. 15.

If it's true, Yeater could cash in -- and wear a prison jumpsuit: Los Angeles police said Yeater could be investigated for having sex with a minor.

Bieber was on the "Today" show to promote a Christmas album he recorded in September as well as deflect rumors, according to the newspaper.
