Oakland is giving nursing moms a quiet place to pump or breastfeed while on the go before they fly off in the clouds.
In March, the Vermont-based Mamava Lactation Sites opened nursing suites at the Oakland International Airport and at the Port of Oakland. Oakland International is the first airport in California to open these type of suites, the airport said.
The pods, located at Terminals one and two, will have comfortable seating, an electrical outlet, and locking doors, airport officials said.
