    Hours after they issued an Amber Alert for a missing mother and baby, the Oakland police department announced on Thursday that they had found the pair.

    Angelica Lopez, 17, and 2-month-old daughter, Enalina Hernandez, were found safe at 2:35 p.m., but police said the father and alleged kidnapper, Marcos Hernandez, 19, is still on the loose.

    Police consider him armed and dangerous.

    Police said they think Hernandez may be traveling in Sacramento County. He is driving a Silver 2006 Ford Focus.
