Detectives in Oakley are investigating a shooting that left one man dead early Saturday morning.
Police were called out to O'Hara Park Middle School after someone reported gunfire in the area around 4a.m. Upon arrival, a 21-year-old man was found dead in an adjacent park.
The victim was reportedly with a group of friends at the park when an unknown person approached them and opened fire.
The name of the victim is being withheld until his family can be notified.
