The San Mateo County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in identifying a pair of thieves who stole packages from two separate homes in Millbrae on Monday.

Sheriff's officials said the thieves struck the homes -- one in the 400 block of Broadway and the other in the 500 block of Millbrae Avenue -- around 3:15 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. Monday.

According to sheriff's officials, security cameras were able to capture video of the crime being allegedly committed.

The first suspect is described as a 20- to 30-year-old woman who was wearing a gray jacket with a fur hood along with blue jeans and white shoes. The second suspect is described as a white man who was wearing a black baseball hat, gray-hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and dark-colored shoes.

Anyone with information on the case is asked to call sheriff's Sgt. Dan Guiney at (650) 259-2399 or via email at dguiney@smcgov.org. Those wishing to submit an anonymous tip can call (800) 547-2700.
