On The Run, John McAfee Blogs

The software tycoon is wanted for questioning in connection to a murder and is blogging about his experiences.

The best coverage of the John McAfee murder suspect saga -- in which the eccentric software tycoon is on the run from police in Belize -- comes from McAfee himself.
He's hiding in plain sight, wearing a disguise, and blogging about the reporters and police turning out his house.

At WhoIsMcAfee.com, an author purporting to be John McAfee blogs about dressing as a street peddler and as a crass German tourist as he interacts with the police and reporters searching for him, according to reports. The Web site went live with his first post on Nov. 17.

McAfee has interacted regularly with the media while on the lam, exchanging emails as well as phone calls. He validated the blog's authenticity via an email with the Associated Press.

McAfee, 67, says he has not been recognized by either police or press.

Police in Belize want to question McAfee about the shooting death of American Gregory Viant Faull on his property. McAfee has expressed fears for his safety.
