One Killed, One Hurt in San Jose Double Shooting

Police Saturday morning are investigating a double drive-by shooting in San Jose that left one person dead and injured another.

Officers responded at 2:01 a.m. to the 200 block of Oak Street in response to a report of a shooting and located two adult male victims in their 20s suffering from at least one gunshot wound each, police said.

The victims were transported to the hospital, where one was pronounced deceased. The second victim is expected to survive.

Police said the unidentified suspects fled the scene in a vehicle and have not been located.

Police are investigating the motive and circumstances surrounding the shooting.
