A long-time Orinda child psychologist was arrested on Wednesday after investigators found child pornography at his house and office.
Kenneth Allen Breslin, 68, has worked with children for over 30 years and runs a practice called "A Child's Point of View," according to police.
That didn't stop police, however, from uncovering a "significant quantity" of pornography on Breslin's computer, storage devices and elsewhere. It remains unclear what led police to Breslin and what the Contra Costa Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force's investigation revealed.
Breslin has been taken into custody and booked at the Martinez Detention Facility. Bail has been set at $200,000, police said. The Contra Costa County District Attorney's office is reviewing the case.
