Palo Alto police are searching for a man who they said exposed himself to a young girl as she walked her dog last Sunday.
It happened on South Court near El Dorado Avenue, police said. The girl's mother told police her 11-year-old daughter passed a white man in his mid-40's driving a black Volvo, wearing nothing from the waist down.
The man took off before the girl could get the license plate, according to police. The girl then ran home.
Detectives are looking into whether this man is linked to four other incidents that happened back in October.
