Passenger Accused of Assaulting Two Caltrain Conductors at San Antonio Station in Mountain View Arrested: Police

Police have arrested a Mountain View woman suspected of assaulting two Caltrain conductors Saturday night.

The attack happened at about 8:30 p.m. at the San Antonio Station in Mountain View.

Investigators say 22-year-old Maria Posada-Valderrama had been acting drunk and yelling profanities. After refusing to quiet down, she was asked to get off the train.

Witnesses said she then swung her bag at two conductors. One of the conductors, a woman, was taken to the hospital with a concussion while the other, a man, sustained minor injuries.
