The North Concord/Martinez station was temporarily closed late Friday while emergency crews responded to a report of a person under a train.
Authorities said a 57-year-old woman fell onto the trackway at around 8 p.m. Medical personnel responded quickly and pulled her onto the platform to treat her for her injuries, which were considered non-life threatening. It also appears the woman was not hit by a train, officials said.
The emergecy response impacted trains on the Pittsburg/Bay Point line.
BART officials late Friday were reporting a 15-minute delay for trains headed toward the San Francisco International Airport.
