Police are searching for the driver of a pickup truck who slammed into a home in Petaluma early Sunday morning.
The truck crashed through the front door of the home on Cleveland Lane not far from Western Avenue.
The truck ended up in the living room and caused significant damage.
Emergency crews helped an elderly woman to safety who was in a back bedroom.
"Elderly lady living in the house was unhurt and was at the rear of the house in bed listening to some music at the time of the crash," Wilmar Assistant Fire Chief Mike Mickelson said.
Police are still searching for the driver of the blue 1990 Ford truck.
