Talk about a bad break up. A story out of Concord has to be top of the list.
A pilot has been arrested after Concord police say he used his private plane to harass an ex-girlfriend.
Police say Tom Huey may have been buzzing his ex-girlfriend's house for the past year.
Recently someone began dropping flyers on lawns in the area of Lincoln Drive. They contained derogatory statements about a woman in the neighborhood, including a racial slur directed at African-Americans.
Police connected the dots and pinned the woman's ex-boyfriend as a suspect and say they think he used his plane as a way to distribute the flyers.
Huey was taken into custody at Buchanan Field Airport Wednesay night after people called police again to complain about a low flying plane in their neighborhood. They were waiting for him after he landed his 1957 Beech airplane. He faces charges of felony stalking and violating a restraining order.

People in the neighborhood also wonder if the pilot and his plane are behind a rock that broke through a car windshield last year.
Huey is being held in Contra Costa County jail in lieu of $155,000 bail.
