Pleasanton Harvest Festival Draws Big Crowd Despite Rain

With the rain this weekend, the mostly indoor harvest festival in Pleasanton was a big draw.

The event features tens of thousands of handmade gifts, all made in the USA.

Festival spokesperson Liz Rosinski said the rain did not ruin the show.

"We had the rain yesterday, but it kinda brought everyone inside," Rosinski said. "It's been a really good show so far. People are actually starting to holiday shop and getting in that mode."

For those who missed this one, the event is back in San Jose in November--just in time for the holidays.
