A 10-year-old boy reported missing from San Leandro was found late Friday at a friend's house, police said.
Police began searching for the boy when he did not come home after school at his usual time of 4:15 p.m. The boy walks to school daily and lives blocks away from the campus.
Authorities were notified the boy was missing at 6:15 p.m.
