Protesters Hold ‘Die-In' at San Jose's Christmas in the Park

Bay Area grand jury protests have been largely limited to Oakland, Berkeley, and San Francisco, but a group of demonstrators gathered in San Jose Sunday.

About 20 protesters met outside City Hall dressed in all black and holding signs.

The group marched to San Jose's Christmas in the Park, where they held a short "die-in."

Organizers said the demonstration was in honor of all victims of police violence.

Up north, demonstrators on Sunday were protesting at the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco. They were also rallying against the deadly shootings of unarmed black men by police officers.

Police arrested 45 people Saturday in the hours after thousands of protesters took to the streets of San Francisco and Oakland in largely peaceful protests, joining in a national demonstration against police brutality.
