Two sisters who reportedly ran away from their Richmond home Tuesday have been found, police said.
The sisters, 13-year-old Xiomara Zelaya and 9-year-old sister, Heidi Moreno, were found Wednesday at a neighbor's house. It is unknown if the neighbor knew they were there, according to officials. The sisters are now home and safe.
The girls were considered potentially at risk because of cold temperatures Tuesday night.
