SF and Oakland Like to Move It

Take a seat San Francisco and Oakland, you can afford it.

Men's Health magazine put out its list of the most active cities in America and San Francisco and Oakland were No. 2 and No. 3 on the list of most active cities respectively.

The magazine conducted a survey on how often people work out across the country and it was very loose with what actually constituted exercise.

Seattle came out as the most active city in the country. It could be all that coffee. San Francisco and Oakland followed with Washington, DC and Salt Lake City just shortly behind.

The most inactive city in the country, with more people watching more than 15 hours of television a week and buy more than 11 video games a year, is Lexington, Ky.
