San Francisco Prepares for Giants Celebration

San Francisco is ready for a Giants World Series victory celebration.

Balloons and banners are hung at Civic Center Plaza.

Troublemakers are being told to steer clear of the family friendly party. San Francisco Police arrested 35 people after Sunday nights celebration got out of hand.

The District Attorney announced Tuesday he filed criminal charges in 9 of the 11 cases he received so far. Charges range from arson to assault on a peace officer. After some people lit fires and torched a city bus the City Attorney said some people may face more than criminal charges.

Dennis Herrera wants the city to be reimbursed so he plans to go after people civilly.

"You'll be hit in the pocketbook you won't just be criminally prosecuted," Herrera said.

Even before that announcement people on Facebook were demanding accountability. Thousands of people are sharing a picture of a man about to bust a windshield with a barricade. Urging people who know who he is to call the police.
